A.Saadat & Co. is a Pioneer Consulting Engineers firm providing consulting in the field of HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical systems was established in 1962. The company is staffed by professional Engineers qualified extensive working experience in Pakistan and including USA, UK, Europe and Middle East as well.
The company was founded by Mr. Anwar Saadat, who has specialization in HVACR (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration), associated mechanical and electrical services for various types of buildings since 1950. He completed B.Sc. Honors (Engineering) from The Punjab College of Engineering & Technology, Lahore (now University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore).
He was awarded Gold Medal by The Punjab University in 1949 being the top ranked student.
He worked with HVACR Contracting Firm before leaving for UK on a British Industries Federation 2 year’s scholarship. During 1952-58, he completed a post graduate course in HVACR Engineering from The National College of Heating, Ventilating, Refrigeration and Fan Engineering, London (now Institute Of Environmental Engineering, South Bank University) Later on he obtained training and work experience in UK, Belgium and USA with HVACR equipment manufacturers. Upon returning to Pakistan, he worked as Chief Engineer for HVACR contracting firm till 1962. Thereafter, he started practicing as a Consulting Engineer.
In consideration of services rendered by him to HVACR Engineering in the country, he was elected as Founder President of Pakistan HVACR Society in 1996. He also held the position of Vice President of Association of Consulting Engineers Pakistan in the years 1990, 1995, 1997 and 2001.
Currently A.Saadat & Co is lead by Mr. Farooq Ahmed who has a wide range of experience of 32 years, having obtained his engineering degree in 1977.
Mr. Farooq Ahmed has vast experience of 13 years in Power and desalination sector in Middle East and later he joined ASCO in 1988 which further expands company’s horizon in field of power generation.
